Speedy Plumbing LLC provides a variety of plumbing services, including but not limited to general plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection, well pump services, septic and sewer services, emergency plumbing, new construction plumbing, and vacation rental plumbing. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate pricing before any work begins. However, final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered onsite during the course of the repair or installation. Any changes to the initial estimate will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding with the additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing options are available through Wisetack and Service Finance Company for qualifying customers.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window and will notify you of any significant delays. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you provide as much advance notice as possible so we can adjust our dispatch schedule accordingly.

6. Warranty and Workmanship

Speedy Plumbing LLC stands behind all completed work. We will return to correct any issue tied directly to our own workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts or fixtures supplied by the customer, nor does it cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent alterations by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy Plumbing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, scraping data, copying content without permission, attempting to breach security measures, or any misuse that could disrupt the operation of the site.

9. Governing Law
